Thank you for your purchase of the OIL EASY WRENCH. I’m sure that you’ll find this to be a valuable addition to your tool box. I have found the tool to be most useful in removing the old filter. The six point end provides the extra bite to remove that stuck filter. The twelve point end will also remove most filters but it is most valuable for torquing on the new filter.

If you use the OIL EASY WRENCH to install and torque the new filter, please refer to the following chart regarding how to compute torque when using adapters.
